This is an open level Hip Hop class. Do not be afraid! If you have never taken a dance class before, this is the class for you. This is a judgment free zone - this 1 hour class is all about having fun, expressing yourself, letting go of stress, and learning some fun moves!
If your first thought is “I can’t dance” then PLEASE join us. There is no need to be nervous, or feel like you can’t hang. I will prove to you that ANYONE can look AND feel amazing while dancing. This is a HUGE confidence booster, and you may even discover a newfound love for yourself and for dancing. Advanced dancers are absolutely welcome to join as well.
Class will consist of learning some fun sexy moves, and incorporating them into a low intensity combination of choreography. ALL LEVELS
WHAT TO BRING:
-Water bottle!
-Iphone/camera if you want to record yourself looking AMAZING!
-Smiles and energy!
WHAT TO WEAR:
-Express yourself! Comfortable clothes you can move in, and *feel* good in as well!
-Tennis shoes
