No Pressure Walk / Promenade pas de Stresse (Oct 2026)

Come for a walk through the Mount Royal Cemetery, and vent whatever ails you! You are invited to hang with other members of the community as we take the time to just...(blessed) be!

If you feel the need to be heard within the community for ideas you may have, or a more in-depth discussion over a topic that may affect the group, the floor is yours to express your truth so we can come together to find solutions. And if you would just like to socialize and have nothing specific you'd like to discuss, you are most welcome as well (provided you respect the space others may need to express themselves)!

We will meet just outside the main entrance of the cemetery (roughly around the corner of Guy and Foret) at 2pm. Guests will have until 2:30pm to arrive, upon which we will begin our walk!

The walk is planned to be roughly an hour and a half, but guests can leave before the end of the walk if they would like, or may continue walking together after 4 if they so choose! The event is bilingual; feel free to speak to us in English or French at your choosing as we speak both languages!

Venez faire une promenade au cimetière du Mont-Royal et libérez-vous de ce qui vous préoccupe! Vous êtes invités à passer du temps avec d'autres membres de la communauté et à prendre simplement le temps de...soyez (béni)!

Si vous ressentez le besoin de partager vos idées avec la communauté, ou d'approfondir une discussion sur un sujet qui concerne le groupe, la parole est à vous pour exprimer votre vérité; nous pourrons ainsi chercher des solutions ensemble. Et si vous souhaitez simplement socialiser sans sujet de discussion particulier, vous êtes également les bienvenus (à condition de respecter l'espace dont les autres pourraient avoir besoin pour s'exprimer)!

Nous nous retrouverons juste devant l'entrée principale du cimetière (près de l'intersection des rues Guy et Forêt) à 14h. Les participants ont jusqu'à 14h30 pour arriver, moment où nous commencerons notre promenade!

La marche devrait durer environ une heure et demie, mais les participants peuvent partir avant la fin s'ils le souhaitent, ou continuer à marcher ensemble après 16 h s'ils en ont envie! L'événement est bilingue; n'hésitez pas à nous parler en anglais ou en français, selon votre préférence, car nous parlons les deux langues!
