The First Peoples of Los Angeles is an engaging, hands-on object-based learning experience led by the Autry Museum of the American West that invites participants to become historians. Guided by trained Autry educators, participants explore objects, natural materials, and images to discover how the Tongva, the first peoples of the Los Angeles region, continue to draw on their deep knowledge of the land and environment.
