Each meetup is designed to create a supportive, relaxed space where we can explore the realities of this chapter of life together. ### What to expect * Meet other women navigating similar life transitions, questions, and experiences. * Thoughtfully curated conversations around topics that feel relevant, honest, and sometimes a little irreverent. * A short guided journaling and reflective coaching exercise. * A welcoming women's circle where everyone is invited to share as much or as little as they feel comfortable. ### What to bring * A blanket or something comfortable to sit on. * A comfy cushion (optional, but recommended!). * A journal and pen. * Drinks & snacks - make yourself comfy!! After the circle, anyone who'd like to is invited to grab a tea or coffee together and continue the conversation in a more casual setting. N.B. Group primarily aimed at women who have entered/ moved through their Saturn Return ( typically 27-29), BUT there are no restrictions to ages here, so if you happen to not be 30+ - feel free to join.
