Yannick Hiwat: a unique sound Yannick Hiwat plays a six-string violin and is known for his versatility as a soloist and improviser. He has collaborated with artists such as Snarky Puppy, Akua Naru, and Karsu, and has performed both at home and abroad. In doing so, he has grown into one of the most prominent voices in the Dutch jazz and world music scene. Ronald Snijders: pioneer in connection Ronald Snijders has been one of the most influential musicians in the Netherlands and Suriname for decades. With more than 60 albums and thousands of compositions, he connects Surinamese styles such as kawina and kaseko with jazz, funk, and world music.
