About the event

A grown woman is sent to a boy’s military academy disguised as a child, for the sole purposes of dodging a train fare. Wilder’s Hollywood debut is the perfect vehicle for Rogers’ physical comedy, her commitment and charm suspending our disbelief and captivating all who cross her path. Romance emerges among the one-liners and neatly executed set pieces, injecting a winning absurdity to this irresistible frolic. Screen: NFT1.
