🔥 DC RAVERS: NOVAH — FIRST-EVER DC SHOW 🔥
Nü Androids Presents: NOVAH 📅 Wednesday, November 25, 2026 ⏰ 10 PM–3 AM 📍 Culture — 2006 Fenwick St NE, Washington, DC 🎟️ Tickets: https://shotgun.live/en/events/novah1125
If you like the harder, faster side of electronic music — or have been wanting to explore it — this is one we should absolutely have on the DC Ravers calendar.
Belgian DJ and producer NOVAH is one of the fastest-rising names in hard techno right now, and this will be her first-ever DC appearance.
She played an incredible 168 shows worldwide in 2025, her breakout track “Papi” has passed 5.5 million streams, and in 2026 she hit another major milestone with her Tomorrowland Mainstage debut.
Her sound moves across hard techno, acid, psy-trance and hard dance, with a lot of energy, speed and rave influence. This is definitely heavier than the house and melodic EDM many of us listen to regularly, which is part of the reason I think it belongs on our Meetup calendar.
One of the goals of DC Ravers – EDM for Everyone is to get beyond the same handful of genres and big festival headliners and explore how broad electronic music really is. NOVAH gives us a chance to experience a major name from Europe’s rapidly growing hard-techno scene in a relatively intimate DC venue.
It is also exactly the type of booking we want to support locally. Nü Androids continues to bring artists to Washington who might otherwise require a trip to New York, Miami, Europe or a major festival to see. Supporting those shows helps keep DC’s electronic scene growing and gives promoters more reason to bring adventurous bookings here.
And because this is the night before Thanksgiving, it could be a particularly fun way to start the holiday weekend. 🦃🔊
🎧 WHAT TO EXPECT
Hard techno • acid • psy-trance influences • hard dance • very high energy
If you normally listen to artists on the more melodic or mainstream EDM side, don’t let the “hard techno” label scare you away. Part of the fun of this group is trying artists and sounds we might not discover otherwise.
👥 DC RAVERS MEETUP
We’ll coordinate a meetup point and time closer to the show so anyone who wants to go in together can connect beforehand.
Come with friends or come solo. New members are always welcome. You do not need to already know people in the group.
