The Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival is widely regarded as the "Cannes for short films" and is the second-largest film festival in France. This year the festival proudly showcases a prestigious selection of seven international short films from across the globe, the Clermont Coups de Cœur, as part of our curated programme. "Coups de Cœur" means "shots to the heart", and this is what viewers can expect from these seven picks from the cream of the 2026 Clermont-Ferrand Festival crop. The Clermont Coups de Cœur films consist of the winners of the last edition of the festival, but also films strongly marked by word of mouth from different audiences and favourites from various curators.
