Pole Fitness Theory and Technique Lab

We are hosting a study group for anyone in the Richmond Hill area interested in deepening their understanding of pole fitness beyond the standard class format. This is not a high-intensity workout session, but rather a dedicated space to break down specific movements, troubleshoot technique, and discuss the biomechanics behind the spins and climbs we are all working on. It is an opportunity to slow things down, ask questions, and learn from one another in a collaborative environment. This lab is for practitioners of all levels who want to move past simply memorizing choreography and start focusing on the precision of their form. Whether you are struggling to get a grip on a specific transition or you are looking to refine your lines and strength, you will find a supportive group here to help you work through it. Please bring your notes, your curiosity, and a willingness to share what you have learned so far.
