About the event
NABEELA ELSAYED IN CONVERSATION WITH AGAPI GESSESSE, BREAKING BURNOUT WHO THIS IS FOR Most rooms about burnout are built to make you feel better for ninety minutes. This one is built to change what you believe about why you are tired, because the belief is what holds the exhaustion in place. We tend to treat burnout as a personal failure. A stamina problem. A boundaries problem. Something the exhausted person should have handled better. Breaking Burnout makes the opposite case: burnout is what happens when the definition of success you were handed was never survivable in the first place. People who are tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix. The executive still performing at full capacity and quietly running on empty. The parent who cannot switch off. The high achiever wondering whether this is simply what success feels like now. So basically everyone. THE EVENING The Talk: Nabeela on the Burnout Loop: how ambition becomes a closed circuit, and where the exit actually sits. The Conversation: a live discussion and questions from the room. Nabeela will then take the audience through one exercise from the Reimagine Success Roadmap. Bring something to write with. Signed Books - An optional signing and personalization line will follow the author talk. Signing details are subject to change depending on author and publisher needs. Event Logistics This event takes place in person and includes a conversation with the author. Doors Open - You may queue outside the venue, but you may not be granted access to the event space before the start of the event.
