Enjoy a calm and welcoming sewing session where you can focus on your own projects and spend time with others who love sewing. This is a social sewing space rather than a workshop. There is no teacher or instructor, and participants work independently. The session is ideal for intermediate and advanced sewers who feel confident using sewing machines on their own. We have some sewing machines and overlockers available, along with basic sewing supplies. A friendly, informal space to sew, share ideas, and connect with others who enjoy sewing. Our sewing machines may also be available for use on other days and times, depending on our centre programming. If you would like to use a sewing machine outside the Social Sewing Session, please give us a call to check availability.
