Workshop "Introducing Solids - The Essentials"
About the event
An English-language event
I know how important it is to have trusted guidance so feeding feels calm and helps babies build a healthy relationship with food. That’s why I’ve created a workshop for you where I’ll cover the basics of weaning:
• When and how to start weaning; • Baby safety; • What to buy; • The difference between traditional weaning and self-feeding (BLW); • Balanced nutrition; • Baby eating behavior; And much more!
We’ll explore weaning utensils and accessories together, and touch the food to understand how to serve it safely and conveniently. And of course, we’ll have a face-to-face discussion to answer any questions you may have. Who should attend the “Introducing Solids - The Essentials” workshop: Recommended for parents (and parents-to-be), grandparents and babysitters of babies under 1 year old who want to introduce solids correctly.
