[Budding Coders] Train Your AI Responsibly: Control a Car with Hand Gestures

About the Event

In this fun and interactive workshop, you will discover the world of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Through live demonstrations and discussions, you will explore Responsible AI topics like fairness, data privacy, and keeping human control over technology. Using Google Teachable Machine, you will train an AI model to recognise your hand gestures safely. You'll then link your model to a drag-and-drop coding tool and steer a virtual car in real time using your webcam!

Participants get hands-on experience training an AI model and applying it to a real project safely. This programme is suitable for children aged 10–12 years old.
