Join Us For a Free Course | Manual Brewing 101 We’re opening the doors to the African School of Coffee with our friends at The Coffee Magazine. Join us for our Open Day, with free training sessions running throughout the day. Manual Brewing 101 is a hands-on introduction to making great coffee without an espresso machine. Together with the ASC training team, you’ll explore the fundamentals of manual brewing, from coffee-to-water ratio and grind size to temperature, time and technique, and see how each one changes what you taste in the cup.No previous coffee experience is needed. Come curious, get brewing, and learn a few simple principles you can take home and use with almost any manual brewing method.
