Welcome to our Sunday sauna gathering. This week we’re heading to Folkbastu in Södermalm (right by Eriksdalsbadet). It's a fantastic wood-fired sauna right on the water. We will book time at 19.00 (everyone buys own ticket)

• Which sauna: Select Pollux. (If Pollux is full, grab a spot in Castor instead!)
• Cost: Joining our group is completely free; you just pay for your own Folkbastu ticket online (we are not affiliated with the sauna).
The Plan: we gather the sauna and we start with a swim in the lake before going for our first round.
I will bring with me sauna ice menthol and essential oils. Participants share tea, fruits and laughters 😊
Housekeeping: Just a quick heads-up: since this is a shared space, we have the responsibility to clean up after ourselves. We'll just do a quick group tidy-up before we leave to make sure it's perfect for the next folks.
Afterward (Optional): Once we're all done, anyone who wants to keep hanging out can join us for some food or a drink at a nearby cafe/restaurant.
