Garden of Eden marks a significant new chapter in Gregory Ladner's abstract practice, presenting a vibrant body of work that expands his exploration of colour, gesture and movement.
Through layered mark-making and luminous palettes, Ladner creates immersive compositions that invite viewers into richly textured worlds of rhythm, energy and discovery. Rather than depicting nature, the exhibition draws upon the idea of Eden as a place of creation, abundance and endless possibility. Intricate networks of line weave across dynamic fields of colour, balancing spontaneity with careful composition and revealing new relationships with every viewing.
Garden of Eden celebrates painting as an evolving process; one where every gesture contributes to a living, ever-changing landscape of abstraction, encouraging contemplation, curiosity and imagination.
Opening Reception: Saturday 26th September, 2-4pm
