Come and join us for this relaxing session during Mental Health Month.
Our experienced facilitator will guide you through a variety of techniques to help you balance and restore your energy centres, leaving you with a deep relaxation and reduced stress. Bookings required. Health and medical You'll be required to complete our pre-exercise form prior to starting this class.
