Weekly mindfulness session
About the event
This is a weekly event that will start on 31st August, 2026 after finishing successful sessions since 2024. There will be one hour and 15 mins session in person per week. It will be a session led by Ashwin. The sessions will run on Mondays 7:45 PM. Teacher Bio: Ashwin was born in India. He is a certified mindfulness teacher with multi-years of practicing and coaching mindfulness. He has done multiple spiritual, scientific and professional mindfulness courses.
The format of weekly 1 hour and 15 mins session: First 5 mins: Welcome, introduction. Next 15-20 mins: A short talk by Ashwin on a topic. Next 15-20 mins: A guided meditation by Ashwin on the same topic. Next 5 mins: Individual sharing in pairs. Remaining time: Group sharing and Q/A.
The session starts and ends on time. Feel free to hangout after the event to have a chat with rest of the group.

Location: Yogarden, Letenské nám. Holesovice When you come in if the door is locked buzz in for 'Yogarden'. We are running our session at the first floor above cafe. What to bring: There are yoga mats and some cushions available. If you have a meditation cushion please feel free to bring one. Fees: Donation based 'pay as you' can to cover the rent for the beautiful space and organizing this meetup. 100 CZK per session is compulsory as this really helps the venue to continue to maintain our sessions. We encourage you to pay more than 100CZK if you can afford to. This helps us to make continuous efforts to develop the sessions and keep the beautiful space.
