Welcome to our Open Gym Practice!
This session follows a Japanese-style open gym format focused on skill development, game preparation, and plenty of touches on the ball. Players should be comfortable with the fundamentals of volleyball and able to participate in a fast-paced environment. Practice plan: • Dynamic warm-up • Pepper and ball control • Hitting lines • Serving practice • Two rounds of warm-up games • Team formation and regular games • Optional positional play
We are especially looking for 4 setters to help create balanced teams and maximize game quality.
!!!This session is intended for intermediate to advanced players who can rally consistently and understand rotations and court positioning.!!!
