About your facilitatorRenée (@reneehaakman) has always been passionate about jewellery, especially the stories pieces hold and tell.Believing it was a shame that beautiful materials, often full of quality, character, and memories, were no longer being used, she began collecting beads from family, friends, and second-hand stores to give them a second life.Through her workshops, Renée invites people to create new stories with materials that already carry meaning. She guides participants through the creative process from inspiration to finished piece, with a focus on creativity, connection, fun, and making jewellery-making accessible to everyone.
