Looking for a creative evening in Amsterdam? Join our weekly Drawing & Painting Studio and explore colour, composition, materials and your own creative style in a relaxed and inspiring environment. Whether you're picking up a paintbrush for the first time or already have experience, this session offers space to experiment, learn and create at your own pace.
You can work with acrylic paint, charcoal, pencils, pastels and mixed media. There are no fixed assignments. Abstract, figurative, expressive or experimental — you decide what you want to explore.
Guidance is provided by contemporary painter Alexander Hadden, whose work explores the space between reality and abstraction through painting, mixed media and experimentation.
Alexander encourages participants to develop their own visual language while building confidence in technique, composition and colour. His approach focuses on exploration, creative freedom and discovering new ways of seeing and making.

Many participants join these sessions as a first introduction to our longer painting courses, while others simply come for a creative evening in the studio.
