In fact, sometimes knowing too much works against you.* *What to expect:* *A generous selection of wines from around the world, carefully chosen to challenge and delight, curated specially for the casino and presented by an expert sommelier. A spread of cheese, charcuterie, and snacks to keep the evening grounded. And something that is harder to put on a list but always shows up anyway: the kind of conversation that only happens when the wine is good and the room feels right.
