Forging Masculinity — A Men's Team Meeting, Open to Guests
About the event
A raw, honest, confidential evening of personal discovery. Most men don't have a place to say what's actually going on in their lives. Not at work, not at home, not in the group chat. This is that place. This is men’s work, opened to guests for one evening. No audience, no performance, no small talk. You'll be welcomed as a guest, you'll see exactly how the men operate, and you'll be invited to take your mask off with the rest of us. You will also get out of your head and have some fun.
What this is: A real men's team meeting — not a seminar staged for visitors. Structured, led, and on time. Two and a half hours, run tightly. Confidential. What's said in the room stays in the room, and every man agrees to that before we begin. Direct. Men in this circle tell the truth and expect it back. This is a sober event requirering sobriety the day of the event.
What this is not: Not therapy. Not coaching. Not a support group. Not a networking event. Not a lecture on masculinity. Not a place to spectate. All men participate.
Who this is for: Men who want strong relationships with men who hold a high standard. You don't need to have anything figured out. Show up on time, keep your word, and tell the truth.
ABOUT THE FORGE The Forge is a team of men — across NYC and beyond — committed to succeeding in every area of life: purpose, family, health, money, brotherhood. We meet weekly, we hold each other accountable, and we operate by a code of honor. We challenge each other because we respect each other. Periodically we open an evening to guests. This is one of those evenings.
RSVP / HOW TO ATTEND This event is by invitation, and RSVP is step one — not the last step. Click Attend to RSVP. You'll answer a few short questions about yourself and what has you interested. A Forge man will then reach out for a brief phone call before the event. That call is how you get the meeting location details. Why a call? The evening is confidential and we want to know who's walking in — and we want you to know what you're walking into. The call takes about ten minutes.
