The Battle for Glory EU Tour 2026
The acclaimed Japanese composer and keyboardist Yasuharu Takanashi, world-renowned for his work on iconic anime soundtracks such as Naruto Shippuden and Fairy Tail, will arrive in Spain in October 2026 with his project Far East Groove. Formed in 2024, the group was born from the ambition to unite two seemingly distant worlds—anime soundtracks and heavy metal—to create a unique musical concept: "the bridge between Anime Soundtrack and Heavy Metal."
Far East Groove features a lineup of world-class international musicians, including Juno, Nozomu Wakai (Sigh), Jesper Anastasiadis (Turisas), Tuomas Rounakari (ex-Korpiklaani), and Tino Jäntti (Wolfheart). Following a prominent 2025 European tour through Finland, Spain, and Italy, and their successful performance at the Rock Imperium Festival 2025—where Takanashi became the first Japanese soundtrack composer to take the main stage of a major European rock festival—the band continues to solidify its position as an innovative force within contemporary metal.
