VANCOUVER GROF HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK (full day intensive)

• LEARN TO USE BREATH AS MEDICINE *: Join this full‑day intensive (9:00 am to approximately 7:00 pm). The day is highly experiential, with one session as a breather and one session as a sitter. There will be an online preparation Zoom meeting beforehand (Wed Sept 16 at 7:00 pm – recorded) and an integration Zoom session afterward (Mon Sept 21 at 7:00 pm).
