The Club International de Paris invites you to its Franco-English Theatre Workshop – a unique opportunity to practice both languages through acting, meet people from all over the world, and grow in confidence on stage and in life! 🎭 This is not a typical theatre class! Participants work with excerpts from plays, skits, movie scenes, and mini-plays — alternating between English and French, all in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re a beginner in theatre or already experienced, you’re welcome to join. [Read a report about the Theatre Workshop](https://club-international.org/en/review-french-english-theater-workshop/) * Workshop Format: Each session follows the same structure: • 🧘 Warm-up – 15 mins • 🎬 Theatre exercises & Impro & Texts in English – 50 mins • 🎭 Theatre exercises & Impro & Texts in in French – 50 mins • 💬 Group feedback & reflection – 10 mins * Objectives: ✔ Improve your oral expression in English and French ✔ Develop self-confidence ✔ Explore the basics of acting in two languages ✔ Connect with an international and creative community * Requirements to join: This workshop is run exclusively for members of the Club International de Paris and guided by passionate, bilingual volunteers. To maintain a great experience for all, participants are expected to: 1. 🗣 Have at least an intermediate level in both English and French 2. 📅 Be available every Thursday evening during the full session 3. 🎭 Participate actively in both languages 4. 🙋‍♂️ Be a registered member of the Club (annual fee: €50) 5. 📝 Fill out the mandatory questionnaire before registering * Participation Fee: • €150 for the full trimester • €130 (student rate) • Annual membership fee (€50) if you’re not already a member * How to register: 1.
