Joe Billings is an actor and clown. He is grateful to his teachers Fabio Motta, Budi Miller, Giovanni Fusetti and Antonio Fava for introducing him to the joys of clowning and physical comedy. He made his solo clown debut in 2023's Get It Up! and more recently played alongside Elise Pascoe in Jason Bateman Is My Soulmate.
