Gentle exercise for older adults
About the event
Gentle exercise is a great way to improve physical flexibility and strength in a small group environment. The program is especially designed to suit older people and people with mobility and balance issues. It is run by a qualified teacher and is sensitive to your needs and level of physical ability. It's relaxed and friendly. All welcome. We aim to deliver inclusive and accessible events. The Cliff Noble Community Centre is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3:30pm. We have free computer use, photocopier/scanner, wifi, table tennis and tea/coffee/biscuits, plus many weekly activities like computer help, craft groups, gentle exercise & tai chi.
