Join us for a morning yoga session at Parque Eduardo VII at 10am. We will do a vinyasa flow practice, with some breathwork and relaxation to close — a great way to start the day feeling energized and focused.
☕️ After class, we head for a coffee together to chat and get to know each other better.
Please bring your own mat (or a towel will do) and water. All levels welcome.
💶 5€ per class, paid after the session (cash or bank transfer)
