The Experience: A Trio of Transformation
Harmony in Motion is carefully structured to take you from high-energy empowerment to deep, cellular restoration.
1. Zumba (30 mins) Eureka Le Roux from @fitandwholewithe - We kick off with a vibrant, shake-out-the-week Zumba session. This is about joy, not perfection. Move your body in a way that feels good for you.
2. Pilates (30 mins) by Lara Teixeira from Tribe & Thrive - We transition into a controlled, flowing Pilates session designed to build core strength, improve alignment, and lengthen the spine. This is where we find our centre, connecting breath to movement to create a strong, stable foundation.
3. Sound Bath (45 mins) by Celia Yu from @echo.in.amber - The grand finale of your journey. After moving and strengthening, you will be guided into a deep state of rest as you lie down and surrender to a healing Sound Bath. Let the resonant frequencies of singing bowls, chimes, and percussion wash over you, melting away tension and harmonising your nervous system.
