Yoga class at the Rex
About the event
Yoga can improve your strength, balance and flexibility. It can also relax you and as a result help you sleep better. Our tutor has been teaching yoga full time for 26 years and is a qualified senior Yoga Australia teacher having trained in the system of yoga in daily life. Her focus is on gentle yoga for healing body, mind and spirit. In the 1-hour class we'll practise: relaxation gentle movement for the joints breathing techniques postural yoga asana for strength and improved range of movement meditation. Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Concession pricing is only available to valid concession card holders. Bring your own yoga mat. You must buy a ticket online to attend this class.
