Come work out in a private gym space with well equipped machines and a social bunch of people! For all fitness levels and styles. Beginners, seasoned lifters, mobility, strength, plyometrics, share what you know or want to know and we'll support each other. I'm a personal trainer so can offer various technique, equipment and routine advice. This gym can comfortably hold up to 8 people, future gyms will be similar size or bigger. I will assess the space/equipment before bringing more people. Being late is perfectly fine. Don't enter the building before 18:00 If you want to shower please wrap up a little earlier Dinner and drinks after are always an option! Please don't forget to cancel if you can't make it and try to avoid cancelling on the day. Thank you!
