A fun and friendly beginner tango class. New beginners are welcome every week. No partner required!
Everyone learns both roles (leading and following) in a supportive environment.
Students are invited to stay for a social dance, the Palermo Fishtown Milonga from 9 pm to midnight. (There is an intermediate level class in between the beginner class and the social dance.) The milonga is free for those who pay for the class, except on live music nights.
7-8 pm: Beginner Tango Class
8-9 pm: Intermediate Tango Class
9 pm-midnight: Palermo Fishtown Milonga (an all-levels Argentine tango social dance)

The class is free for students ages 30 and under. Just bring an ID to prove your age and sign up at the door, if you qualify for free entrance.

Please bring smooth-soled shoes to change into in the studio (i.e. shoes that allow you to pivot easily). If you don’t have anything that fits the bill, don’t worry! Dancing in socks works great!
