活动简介

吃是人类演化中与生俱来的本能，而“吃什么”则与文化长期积淀的习惯密不可分。人类的食物既具共性，又兼具个性；在深层的文化记忆中，“吃”往往是最顽固的习惯之一。

本讲座将从语言学的视角切入，带您一同探索食物命名背后的奥秘。从茶的词源演变、五谷名称的由来，到东南亚香蕉的称谓，每一种食物的名称背后，都埋藏着人类发现、驯化与传播食物的历史印记与文化密码。

讲员介绍

沈瑞清，新加坡国立大学中文系副教授，香港科技大学博士。主要研究方向包括历史语言学与演化音系学，对汉语方言（尤其是闽语）有深入研究。他长期在中国福建等地区开展广泛的田野调查，同时对东南亚语言也抱有浓厚的研究兴趣。
