About the event
Sahaja meditation is spontaneous process based on inner energy which helps to look after physical, mental and emotional being. After self realisation, one can go into meditation effortlessly and attain peace, balance and joy. Program is available for every age group and no physical exercise. The program does help to calm yourself down after day stress and live a peaceful evening.
What can you expect from the class:
1) A bit of theory about our suble system, chakras, chanels, meditation erltc. 2) Self realisation - a meditation during which Kundalini energy is awakened 3) Sharing expierence, explaining our perfeptions 4) Guided meditation 5) Q&A 6) Mental peace:)
