Join the United Way for Greater Austin for the annual tradition of gathering with neighbors in community service at Fall Day of Caring. There are a variety of projects to work on... One that needs help is Outdoor Beautification at the Wholesome Generation school.
[Wholesome Generation](https://wholesomegeneration.org/about-us/) is a private, non-profit alternative education school that creates exceptional, nurturing experiences for children, their families, and our community. WG connects students to the greater world around them – through the classroom and curriculum, through community and service programs, through international cultures + languages representing our community, and through hands-on learning both in the classroom and in nature.
Tasks typically include weeding flower beds, distributing mulch, picking up trash along the creek, and cleaning out the horse barn.
