In Mexico, Russian refugee and painter Vlady Kibalchich Rusakov completes an eight-year project to paint the frescoes in San Felipe Neri chapel, which the Mexican government has converted into the Miguel Lerdo library. He would have liked to paint landscapes, but cannot detach himself from his history, and reproduces the world revolutions.
