Circuit class

This class is structured around a series of exercise stations set up around the room. Participants move through each station, completing a variety of exercises that focus on strength, cardio fitness, balance, mobility, agility, coordination, and flexibility, providing a truly full-body workout. The constant movement and variety will improve both physical performance and everyday movement. Each session is fully supervised by a qualified trainer, who will provide clear instruction, technique cues, and appropriate progressions or regressions where needed. This ensures exercises are performed safely and correctly, helping to prevent injury, enhance movement quality, and maximise results. Due to the pace of the class and the quick transitions between stations, some prior fitness experience is recommended. This class is ideal for those looking to challenge themselves physically while being part of a supportive, social, and motivating training environment.
