About the event
Join us for a free, guided Twin Hearts Meditation outdoors. This gentle practice blesses the earth with loving-kindness while activating the crown and heart chakras — no experience needed, and it’s known for leaving people feeling positive, at peace, and supporting the body’s natural self-healing process.
Led by a certified GMCKS Pranic Healer, this session is offered completely free as a gift to the community, no donations are needed.
What to bring:
• A mat, towel, or something comfortable to sit or stand on • Weather-appropriate clothing (we meet rain-free days only — if forecast changes, we’ll reschedule and notify the group)
What to expect: • Short exercise before • Guided Twin Hearts Meditation • Short exercise after • A few quiet minutes to integrate before we head out • Total time: about 45–60 minutes
Where: Park in East Cambridge - I will send the exact location to the attendees 2 days before.
