Join Social Sips & Bites friends for a fun afternoon of walking, relaxing, and enjoying some of the best views in the DMV. We’ll start at Gravelly Point Park and hike along the scenic Potomac River Trail toward Theodore Roosevelt Island before returning to the park for a picnic and social time. • Picnic on the grass with views of the Potomac River and the Washington, D.C. skyline • Incredible plane spotting - Gravelly Point sits right next to the runways of Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, offering unmatched, up-close views of arriving and departing aircraft Bring a blanket, snacks, drinks, comfortable walking shoes, and your camera(or your phone).
