Workshop Details

Art as Connection is a gentle, creative workshop where art becomes a way to connect—with yourself, with others, and with the present moment. Through simple art-making activities, you'll have the opportunity to slow down, explore your creativity, and enjoy meaningful conversations in a supportive environment. This is not a an art class. There is no pressure to create a "perfect" artwork, and no previous art experience is needed. The focus is on the creative process, self-expression, and building community through art. Whether you're looking to make time for yourself, or curious about exploring through art, you'll be warmly welcomed.
