Teater Dictat: The Dance of Death

Based on the play by August Strindberg, adapted and directed by Matthew Short. As their silver wedding anniversary approaches, Alex and Edgar’s marriage is creaking under the strain; the couple lives on a Scottish island in the North Sea. The arrival of climate scientist Kirsty causes tensions to flare. While the locals can be heard preparing for their traditional village cèilidh, long-held secrets and resentments surface within the home.
