Dharma teacher / songleader Kid Beyond will offer a soul-nurturing alchemy of meditation, reflection, and group singing — with songs of love and joy… tenderness and connection… gratitude and inspiration. Together, in loving community, we can let our hearts open wide — deeply embodied, vibrantly alive. You don’t need to be a “good singer” or a “good meditator.” The songs and practices are easy to learn. All voices, bodies, and hearts are welcome. **Kid Beyond** is a dharma teacher, soul singer, songleader, and soul guide. He is devoted to helping hearts open to love, aliveness, wisdom, and healing. Trained and authorized by Spirit Rock, in the Thai Forest lineage of Buddhism, he has guided thousands of students in his classes, workshops, and retreats. He has taught mindfulness in the US Congress; led the SF County Jail’s meditation and yoga program; guided adults and teens at Spirit Rock; led the weekly Heart Camp sangha for 6 years; taught mindful men’s groups; and served as a Fitbit Mindfulness Advisor, bringing well-being practices to corporations, the military, and government. His Love Warrior music has riveted audiences worldwide — playing festivals such as Coachella and SXSW, and opening for James Brown, Ray Charles, Michael Franti, Imogen Heap, LL Cool J, and many more.
