Saturday Night Mafia (Beginner-Friendly)

Welcome back to our in person Saturday night mafia event! This is the beginner friendly version of the event when both new and experienced players are welcome to join us.

If you're joining us to play mafia for the first time, please familiarize yourself with the rules first to make sure that this sort of game is appealing to you. On Saturday nights we play one specific version of mafia, sometimes called "classic mafia" which might be significantly different than what you're used to, especially if you've only played mafia as a casual party game before. For first time attendees to this event: The exact address for the event (very close to Burrard and Davie) will be messaged to you on meetup after you have signed up. Anybody already signed up prior to the Tuesday before the event should receive a message on that Tuesday. People that sign up between Tuesday and Saturday will receive a message within 12 hours of signing up. Please keep in mind that if the event is full and you don't reply to the message within 24 hours then you may be moved off the yes list in order to make space. For returning players: the address will be at the same place that we played at previously.

New players are welcome but if you're brand new to the entire genre of social deduction games then I would recommend you start out by checking out one of our biweekly Monday Night events where you'll have an opportunity to explore a greater variety of similar games in a setting with a lot of other new players.
