*Laugh for no reason — and leave feeling better than when you arrived.* **Laughter Yoga — Live & In Person, outside, in Mount Pleasant** This is a live, in-person Laughter Yoga group in beautiful Mount Pleasant. While MeetUp is helpful, most of our regular attendees don’t use it — we typically have 10–15 people joining us every Sunday. The world needs more laughter, and most of us don’t laugh nearly enough. Come join us for fun, connection, and good old-fashioned laughing, hosted by certified Laughter Leaders. Sessions are open to the public. There is no set fee, though donations are gratefully accepted. Laughter Yoga is a playful, accessible practice that combines breathing, gentle movement, and intentional laughter. No yoga mat, poses, or flexibility are required — just a willingness to breathe, stretch a little, and laugh. Anyone can participate. People who attend often say they feel lighter afterward and are glad they came. **Please bring friends — all are welcome.**
