As the day begins to soften into evening, this Tuesday class offers a calm and welcoming place to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself. After the activity of the day, Tai Chi and Qigong help release tension, settle the mind, and restore a feeling of balance from the inside out. This beginner-friendly evening class is designed for newbies, new students, and returning beginners who would like to learn Tai Chi in a clear, supportive, step-by-step way.

Students will be introduced to the 24 Form, one of the most widely practised beginner Yang-style Tai Chi forms in the world today. Its flowing sequence offers an excellent foundation for learning Tai Chi principles such as posture, balance, weight shifting, turning, stepping, relaxation in motion, and mindful coordination**.**
