This beginner-friendly evening class is designed for newbies, new students, and returning beginners who would like to learn Tai Chi in a clear, supportive, step-by-step way. Students will be introduced to the 24 Form, one of the most widely practised beginner Yang-style Tai Chi forms in the world today.
