Outdoors Men's Circle (Workshop + Workout)
About the event
This is a men's circle in Lisbon - a group of guys who want to grow in every part of life and actually enjoy the ride.
If you've moved here, or you just haven't found your people yet, and you want to connect with men on the same wavelength, this is for you.
Every Saturday we get together at 10 a.m. to work on ourselves, our mindset, our health, and the direction our lives are heading.
We do it in two parts: a workshop where we turn inward and work through different exercises, and a workout where we get moving together.
To keep the balance between reflection and action.
Here's how a Saturday runs:
• We start at 10 a.m. sharp. Don't be late.
• Once the circle is closed (10 a.m)\, no one else comes in. It keeps the pace of the workshop and the group intact.
• The workshop runs about 40 minutes. Every session is different. We take one specific topic and work through it together\, mixing in different exercises and activities.
• Then we work out. We do a guided workout for the whole group\, and if you'd rather do your own thing\, you're welcome to train alongside us instead.
Where: by the calisthenics park (Parque de Calistenia), at the top of Parque Eduardo VII, next to Jardim Amália Rodrigues. Look for us by the bars.
What to bring: something you can train in, water, and a notebook and pen.
This is one of the best ways to start your weekend.
You work on your mindset, your goals and your health, and you meet like-minded people who turn into real, long-lasting friends.
That's what the circle is really for.
