About the event
Space Shuttle Endeavor is complete stacking in ready-to-launch configuration and will open for viewing on November 14.
I’m going to make a paid group reservation for min 15 as soon as they are available.
10:30 was suggested for the entry reservation time. It’s the first weekend and want to be there before the afternoon crowds appear.
They are telling me we all need to go in as a group.
We can arrange carpooling
I’ve been looking forward to this, I was involved in the Space Shuttle Orbital Flight Test back in early 80s and I would enjoy sharing these memories and what I know and answer technical questions/stories about these vehicles with you guys.
I’m going to try to have Space Columbia memorabilia, and if I can find it a book by Daniel Gutierrez, about a fictional account of Columbia rescue available for members.
If it fills, put your name on the waiting list and I’ll see how to expand the group reservation
