At this TNN event, Mark Hadfield of Meet the 85% warns that most teams are building for a version of the UK that doesn’t exist, as 85% of the UK population lives outside London. Drawing from thousands of first-hand conversations across Britain, he will discuss the gap between executive narratives and lived experience, and why brands need ethnography over synthetic personas.
