Feeling overwhelmed? This practical workshop teaches simple mindfulness tools to pause, reset, and handle stress—no experience needed.
About the Event
Let’s be honest: life is a lot right now. Between endless to-do lists, family demands, and a constant stream of notifications, it’s incredibly easy to feel scattered, exhausted, and running on empty. If your mind is constantly racing to the next task, or if you can't remember the last time you felt rested, you aren't alone.
But finding a moment of peace shouldn't feel like just another chore on your checklist. Catch Your Breath isn't about sitting perfectly still on a cushion or trying to "empty your mind." This workshop is practical and highly experiential, specially designed to empower you with ready tools to hit the pause button when everyday life gets too loud.
Who This Is For:
Parents, caregivers, busy professionals, and anyone feeling stretched too thin. Absolutely no prior experience needed!
What We’ll Do Together:
We’ll start by talking about why telling yourself to "just calm down" almost never works. We will break down what happens when we get overwhelmed and learn a few mindfulness exercises to handle stress at any time and any place.
What You’ll Leave With:
A lighter mood, relaxed shoulders, and a practical toolkit to help you navigate stressful days with a little more ease and compassion.
